all ears

I told myself and any poor s.o.b. forced to listen to me that I would never buy an i-Pod. I said they were unnecessary, silly, and a waste of money . . . another trendy gadget for soy latte types. Well, that was before they were available in PURPLE. And now I have one.
I think perhaps my ears are shaped differently than most because the i-Pod ear buds (what an unfortunate term) have left the cartilage in my ears sore. I wish I had another body part I could hear out of. But I suppose everyone has that thought from time to time. Or maybe not.
